As a Green Key hotel we make an extra effort to take care of the environment

In Restaurant krydderiet our kitchenstaff, Chef´s and waitors has got new uniforms.

U p c y from Textilia, are discarded textiles that are recycled into new products.

Ex. discarded tablecloths become chef jackets, jackets become aprons and a sheet becomes a waiter’s shirt.

The model of the day is  our chef, Alexander.
