Hotel Hillerød and Restaurant krydderiet welcomes you to an evening to celebrate our Chef´s apprenticeship. Mathias has just passed his exams and received a bonze medal.

Saturday November 22nd 2014 we offer the Chef´s apprenticeship with Mathias´s 5-course menu.

* Fried  scallops with pickled Sea Buchthorn, Sea Buchthorn glace, dillmayo and beetroot crudite

* Pankofried veal topside with mushrooms, lemon, horseradish malto, pea puree and brown butter

* Codmosaik with a variation of cellery, parsley sauce and sorrel

* Variation of fallow dear, stew of the bow and fried vension with buttersteamed pointed cabbage, smoked and pickled potatoesrøget og syltet kartofler og vanilje glace

* Mazarincake with pickled apple and apple compote, caramel ice cream and tarragon tuille

Price per person incl. wine menu kr. 595,00

Double room incl. 5-course menu and wine menu, Scandinavian breakfast, tax and services.
